*Covid protocols are in place. Your good health is my number one priority. DUo training sessions are for family members only.

covid — *Covid Protocols

Mask are worn at all times.
Hand washing and sanitizing required.
Social distancing (the studio has been set up so everyone has proper space).
Each client has his or her own set of straps.
After each session I have at least 15min to 1/2 hr to clean and reset for the next person.
The studio has a new air purifier.
No cancellation fee if clients feel sick or have a fever.
Please be conscious of any planned travel or hosting out of town guests. You must pause from in-person training for two weeks. Or after 7 have a negative Covid test.

Duo, Fee & Packages

$50 per person, One Session

$45 per person, 5 sessions=$225

$40 per person, 10 sessions=$400
